day 7

Workouts for the day: P90X ab ripper and arms and shoulders, also biked about 5-6 miles pulling children behind…uphill both ways (heehee…just uphill one way and only slightly).

Meals included protein shake, pecans, almond butter, lean turkey, Chick Fil A chargrilled and fruit salad (yum!) among a few other food choices…total calories close to 1700.

On a side note, today was the official weigh day and though I didn’t lose any weight…I also didn’t gain any (phew!), which after 2 very naughty days is a good thing!  Hoping I can be better this week!  Would love to see progress next weigh day.
