No big news to report with my weight again…
I remain at a BMI of 20.5-20.8 pending on the scale.
However, in terms of body fat, I made more improvements than I expected. I really did not think my body fat changed this week, but it does make sense…there were no big sugar binges and I added weight to my routine.
My body fat is now between 14% and 23%, which puts me in the athlete category for all the calculators except for Durnin Womersley (this is my 23%)…which puts me in the fitness category.
