day 14

AM workout: biceps and triceps lifting routine

Great…awesome…fabulous calories all day and then blew it at night…badly…blah.  My goal may not happen as quickly.  This is okay…I know that my main goal is to be healthier and that will take some adjustment time.

PM workout: P90X core … one day I will be able to plank an inch off the ground and not shake and move my legs like these people…one day is far away.  😉

OK…back on track.  How come one day of being bad isn’t made up by one day of being good?  It is so easy for me to gain and so hard to lose…oh well, my own fault I know…no pity.  🙂

AM back workout included lats, pulldowns, hyperextensions, deadlifts and rows.

Water intake for the day: just around 40 oz

Meals included egg whites, protein shakes, berries, apple, turkey dog…and yes a couple graham crackers (I know!), but I ended up right at 1500 calories…big improvement!  🙂

PM workout…P90X core routine

May also do some thigh band exercises before bed.

On a side note…went to Target today to get a swimsuit and a dress.  I am really into casual dresses these days.  Anyway, I tried on a few other things, too.  I was so excited to see that I was swimming in the small sizes.  Then I looked up Target sizes online and they run really big…so nothing to be too excited about.  I have found that some Target brands run big and others pretty close to right on.  I have found that Ann Taylor tends to run big.  Kohl’s seems accurate, LEI seems accurate and Old Navy is either accurate or runs slightly big.  I am not putting down any store in the slightest…just wondering…

What store out there  has the most accurate sizes?  If anyone knows, please share.  🙂
